LOAD OUT:
No exhibitors will be permitted to load out until the conclusion of the Expo at 6:01 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016 unless pre-approved by Life Time Fitness.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

LOAD IN/OUT:
Exhibitors may load in/out during listed hours only. Please provide your desired load in time when prompted, below. Monmouth Park does not have a loading dock so exhibitors must plan accordingly with a lift gate, pallet jack, handcart, dolly, etc. Exhibitors must deliver all materials to their own booth space.

PARKING:
All exhibitors will be sent a temporary loading pass and map prior to the Expo via email. Please note this is not a parking pass and must be filled out and displayed within view at all times. Parking is not available within the gated loading area; all vehicles must be legally parked within a parking lot space. Parking is free and available to all exhibitors Thursday-Saturday.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT:
Life Time Fitness will assign booths to exhibitors based on contract requirements and the products being displayed. Final booth assignments will be sent to exhibitors prior to the Expo.

BOOTH SET UP & RESTRICTIONS:
Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct walkways, exits, general view, and other exhibitors. No handouts or flyers may be passed out or posted outside of the assigned booth space. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval. Exhibitors must remain open at all times during Expo hours. The Expo is non-exclusive. Pop Up tents, flutter flags and additional signage are permitted, however must adhere to all fire marshal requests on site and stay within booth space guidelines.

INCIDENTALS:
Exhibitors are responsible for transportation of equipment, materials, etc. and for any incidentals not included in the booth package. WIFI is included free of charge to all exhibitors.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS:
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

FIRE, SAFETY & HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Exhibitors agree to comply with local, city, and state laws, ordinances, and regulations. Exhibitors are responsible for all fire precautions.

SECURITY:
Security will be provided overnight on Thursday, April 28 and Friday, April 29, however Life Time Fitness is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Exhibitors will be given credentials, which must be worn at all times during pre-show hours to gain access to the building.

TRASH:
Exhibitors must break down all boxes and place them behind the draping located near T-shirt pick up. Trashcans will be emptied from booth spaces Friday morning and Friday after 7 p.m. If trash removal is needed during expo hours, please call Life Time Fitness.
